Alta oversaw design and construction of the Judicial Center in Harrisburg, PA, budgeted at $140 million.
Philadelphia Family Court
Alta represented the First Judicial District in overseeing design and construction of Family Court which was budgeted at $200 million.

Majid worked with the Bechtel Corporation for 9 years on numerous large capital projects in the USA and internationally before launching his own business
Education
Majid has a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Management from the University of Pennsylvania, with an emphasis on Finance and Public Policy
Public Service
Majid has served on numerous non-profit boards. He currently chairs the board of the Dialogue Institute, as well as having served on the boards of the Historical Society of PA, Delaware Valley University and JourneyArts.
Ryan Alsayegh - VP and Project Manager
Vice President and Project Manager
Ryan has been working with Alta Management since 2014 on projects including the Philadelphia Family Court, De-privatization of the Delaware Valley Prison and the Aqsa Islamic Community Center project.
Experience
Ryan is a Philadelphia-based project management consultant and political campaign strategist with a proven track record in successfully navigating challenging processes to deliver results for complex public and private sector projects. He brings over a decade of experience in organizing, fundraising, and managing projects throughout Pennsylvania’s diverse communities.
Education
Ryan has a BA in English from the University of Delaware, where he studied creative writing, literature, and business.
Public Service
Ryan is active volunteering with community organizations in Philadelphia, especially organizations that serve the immigrant communities.

Alta Management has assisted clients with management of complex projects in the criminal justice sector.
De-Privatization of Delaware County's Prison
Delaware County, in Pennsylvania, engaged Alta Management to put together a plan to de-privatize the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in 2021/2022. The prison had been managed by GEO International and other for-profit operators for more than 20 years.
- Alta oversaw development of a budget estimated at approximately $50 million, a staffing plan and health services plan to take the prison back under County control and management
- Alta assessed educational and re-entry programs for consideration of the County
- Alta assisted with hiring of nearly nearly 300 staff over 6 months
- Alta assisted the County with contracting for health services and food services and a successful takeover of the facility in April 2022
Technology
Alta has assisted clients with assessment, procurement and implementation of various technology systems used in public safety and criminal justice
- $60 million 800 MHz public safety radio system for the City of Philadelphia
- $12 million MIS for jail management
- $16 million ERP system
- Numerous IT and AV systems to improve justice facility operations
